Greeting fellow EGGheads. LC and I made our first food video. Please be kind. :woohoo: :woohoo: It is 14 minutes long.I tried to make it short. LC does a fine job at demonstrating some classic cooking techiques, dice, julian, and chiffonade. btw, near the end of the video, you can hear a wild mocking bird, sing, "Old McDonald had a Farm". Hope you like it and thanks for looking. :)

Cool video Tim, the backyard is shaping up
  • Nice Pizza! And nice bday video. That looks like a wonderful birthday to me, cooking your very favorite pizza. Nice bubbly cheese shot when you open the dome, and the slicing of it- that's what it's all about!
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Happy Birthday Tim and many more. ;)

I did enjoy your pizza video. I need to start shredding my own mozzarella and I will also try chopping my bay leaves like LC did as well.

Happy BDay and thanks for the heads up. Tim

yeah but tim if you cut to much then you loose a lot of good info you are trying to share. that is worth watching. and please do not cut the cute little jiggle you do to see if the pizza is sticking :whistle:

Actually Sir, it was Michelle that gave me the measurements to make that fine peel shown, you might want to check with her. Thanks for the mention in your cool vid.

misfit: So does the peel make his butt look big??? :silly: Love the peel , but only have the heart to use it on the front end! No scars on her yet, and will stay that way as long as I can!! Be well, and thanks again! A beautiful piece of craftsmanship, for SURE!
  • Thanks so much for all that great information. It looks delicious!
