Greeting fellow EGGheads. LC and I made our first food video. Please be kind. :woohoo: :woohoo: It is 14 minutes long.I tried to make it short. LC does a fine job at demonstrating some classic cooking techiques, dice, julian, and chiffonade. btw, near the end of the video, you can hear a wild mocking bird, sing, "Old McDonald had a Farm". Hope you like it and thanks for looking.
