Very nice looking cook, and day with friends!
I have to thank you for posting your tacos Al Pastor recipe some time ago.
I've been holding the recipe for awhile and just now finished blending it up. Simply amazing flavor!
I'm looking forward to having the tacos tomorrow for dinner.

With that chamise off..,you're pastier than most gringos up here!!!
Matter of fact..."there are laws in Texas that prevent having your shirt off in public...(having that little skin color)...lmao!!!
Looks like it was a good time...with good grub..,and some good compadres!!
Now...get some sun, ok?
EvansI spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
Nothing like staying close to the water on hot days & close to the egg everyday :P

Beli,I now know why you needed the wine- to help you with suffering in that beautiful back yard! Great shots. How big were the steaks, they looked about 2.5"s thick. Also, where do you buy your beef? Have a great Sunday, Randy
-
Joan, I'll make a note of that  Austin's just around the corner..
-
TKS Hoss, something we could cook at the next Hoss Fest :P
-
Randy they were 1 1/2" thick & Loren bought them from HEB this time, asked the butcher to cut them fresh, good for a basic tasty meal, If I'm feeding the big leagues (lots of people), I go to a local meat wholesaler & ask him to cut them 2 1/2" - 3 "thick. Now, the wine really helps....

Well my friend, all I can say is: There was time before the egg & after the egg, the latter one being the closest to perfection for a simple human being  :P

Great looking steak! I know the mini's are small, but thats a great example of how much can be done on one.
I did ribs this past weekend, but I am beginning to wish I had done steak!Large and Small BGE * www.quelfood.com -
I wasn't sure at first if they were going to fit, When I use the mini it's usually my wife our little daughterc & me but this time we were 3 "heavy weights" & it was just the perfect size.
-
That is nice on many levels.
