I can't answer that question Molly, I love them both and many, many more. When you grow up with hearing as bad as mine was/is you just enjoy it all and be thankful you can hear it.

Stones, with a semi sober Keith Richards which is/was extremely seldom.
FWIW: Jimmy Page played lead guitar on several of the Stones Hit studio recordings, while Richards was strung out on H. It's been said that JP could play KR's stuff better than KR. -

The Monkees
kidding...Stones. Sure, I'd take Zeppelin over either, but without parameters, these things are undebatable. So I say Stones. I'm not sure which is more impressive, though, that the Beatles split up, and all four had successful solo careers (Is there any other band for whom this has happened?) or that the Stones have remained together for so long. -
Stones. I like what John Waters said about the Beatles: "They sound like a loaf of white bread that sings...a loaf of white bread with a haircut."

Really???? With my handle 'thebtls' you have to ask? I have a collection of memorabilia that you could start a museum with...these two groups aren't even on the same planet...it's like comparing Hank williams to Alice Cooper!
