Steve: Those look excellent!! Nice choice of ingredients for the glaze, and you really had me when you added ginger.
Have you tried the "leaping frog" butchery with cornish hens yet? They really do look like big frogs...always good for a laugh! -
Steve,
What a great looking meal, man. Those birds are beautiful.
I'll be chasing Grouse this weekend -
Hey Steve
The glaze sounds great. The hens look perfect.

wow .... that looks great.... needs scrapple though
-
Steven, I'm certain the Cornish Hens with orange glaze tasted every bit as good as they look.
I think you're setting a good example of healthy egging. Perhaps lowercasebill will take notice. -
Steve looks and sounds awesome!
-
Hello Little Steven - What temp was your dome or grate during the cook?
Thank you,
Anthony -
-
That is picture perfect! I am drooling all over the place.
-
yes i noticed he forgot the scrapple... you know that healthy eggin lets the blood rush around to fast ,, a bit of pork fat slows it down so it can do it's job better
-
bill,
I was going to cook them whole and stuff. Scrapple would have been perfect.

Michelle,
I had honestly planned that for this cook. They don't look real attractive on their own.
