i made chili the other night, now i have leftovers. . .i plan on doing that skillet thing you did with the cornbread stuffing. .. [p]couple of questions. .[p]1. did you put the chili in the skillet cold from the fridge, then the batter on top and straight into the egg? or did you warm up the chili first. . .[p]2. did you set temps and times based on the cornbread requirements?. . [p]i neeeds to know, bro. . .[p]thx[p]max

The baking temp for the egg was general baking temps of arounf 350.... cooked until the cornbread was nice and brown and the chili was bubbly.[p]Nice thing is it's very easy and can be altered a bunch of different ways..... let us know how it turns out maxmang![p]John[p][p]

mad max,[p]The cheese was added to the cornbread mix but I don't see any reason why you couldn't add a layer before the batter..... sho aint gonna hurt![p]John
