I did this cook a few weeks ago when the family was out of town. It was so good I had to do it again for the whole family.

Simple, but oh so tasty!

Peppers and onions, salt & pepper on the CI

Added apple chunks for the sausage

Sausage on the egg

And plated (kind of washed out)

I shouldn't do that too often, but it sure was good.

I try not to post repeats, but that would just mean after a while I would never post any cooks.

Guess I need to venture out and do more different things!

First time I ever had that was at the one and only Red Sox game I attended at Fenway. Italian sausages, peppers and onions on a hard roll. Street vendor. Been hooked ever since! No mustard for me though. YUM!!!!!!!!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I did the hard roll last time, and I couldn't get the darn thing in my mouth. This time I used regular hot dog buns, and it was a lot easier to manage.

I love the mustard - even have my oldest daughter into it now. :)
