I bought the equipment out of fast food sub shop. I have to buy a commercail smoker. An FEC 100, and I will cook on 4 eggs as well. 75% will be delivery and carryout. Teach 7 classes a year. Sell eggs. All bbq, 5-6 items a day, with once special.
I have a twitter account to update my customers on the next days special.
I was just looking to have fun with eggers about giving tips or recipes.
Will help sell so many eggs.
