anything I need to do to prep fresh rosemary for cooking? Just grabbed a few sprigs off my rosemary bush to add on potatoes. Thanks.

  • GriffinGaDawg,

Bruise it. Tap with the back of a knife.

Depending how you are cooking the pots I would just add them to the regular seasoning chopped or saute with garlic butter whatever and pour over the pots.
  • Just pull the leaves off backwards and chop them. The stem is a cool skewer if you need one. It imparts the flavor as well as the leaves.
