quick question re: fresh rosemary

anything I need to do to prep fresh rosemary for cooking? Just grabbed a few sprigs off my rosemary bush to add on potatoes. Thanks.

Depending how you are cooking the pots I would just add them to the regular seasoning chopped or saute with garlic butter whatever and pour over the pots.

Just pull the leaves off backwards and chop them. The stem is a cool skewer if you need one. It imparts the flavor as well as the leaves.
