So sad to hear such tragic news. Blessings on all of you who are dealing with his loss. It was obvious he was a great guy who loved his family and was loved by them as well.
Too many people leave their homes in haste, or anger, not realizing that there is no guarantee that we will be here tomorrow... Let the people that you love and care know that, every chance you get! -
I know your pain to well Jojo, Just a few months ago I lost a friend and co worker that I have known for over 15 years. It is never easy to loose a friend. It is tragic and it seems unfair that those young boys will grow up with out their daddy. Thoughts and prayers sent your way.
-
that completely sucks man. i hope all his family and friends can find some comfort in all this.
-
So sorry for your loss. Prayers for the family.

Sorry to hear this JoJo.The saddest part(to me)is those kids growing up father-less :( I lost a good friend of mine(a firefighter)earlier this year, and I try to spend time with his two young daughters(and give mom a break)whenever I can.I agree with Pete,I'm sure he's in that special place.Be strong buddy.
-
Yup, growing up father-less is, well, terrible. Been there, done that.
The only thing sadder is to watch my grandson grow up without his mother.
And no, those kids WON'T forget.... trust me on that one. -
Hey WPB,I also grew up father-less,so I feel your pain,as well as those little boy's pain :( And you're correct, they won't forget.I sure as hell didn't,and I was only three.
-
God, it just breaks my heart to see this. My the Lord hold him in his hand until he is reunited with his family, and may He give them comfort that their husband and dad is in Paradise. Death is not the extinguishing of a flame, it is the blowing out of a candle because the sun has come up.
-
JoJo....SO horrifically tragic!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and his young family through this sudden and tragic loss.

My heart goes out to the family and friends. We'll keep them in our prayers. tomwww.ceramicgrillstore.com ACGP, Inc.

Thank you Ron

Doug, thanks for that. We are setting up some things for those boys and his wife. There are lots of ideas going around and we plan to help them remember their dad as much as possible. Thanks for the encouragement and sorry about your friend as well.
-
I hope you are both right, they do have his testimony on video as of about 6 months ago. That should give them great memories.
-
Brad, thanks for the kind words
-
Thank you so much LC.

Thank you Tom.

Such a tragedy........another fallen hero.
-
My deepest condolences.
I know he was a great guy as my son just graduated from the Fire Academy in Glendale Arizona and every single firefighter I met has been a top notch human being in every way.

This is one of those very difficult events that has nothing to do with fairness....I never met him but the feeling is the same...I can think of an honest, hard working & family oriented man who didn't deserve it at all. My prayers & most sincere condolences to his wife & family.
-
Thanks Mule
-
Thanks Beli, I appreciate that.
-
My prayers are with you and his family, so sad when they are taken so young. I am sure he will be remembered as a hero to all who knew him.. Maybe a link to the donation site for his family?

I am so sorry for his family (which includes your unit)... There are some things that just don't make sense right now... At least he lived his life as a good man and will not be forgotten anytime soon... My thoughts and prayers are with all of you guys!!!
-
thanks Chris, I'm not sure how to do it but here's a link to the bank. www.bankofbartlett.com If someone wants to make a deposit, it should go to "family of Brian Ball". Checks should be made out to the same.
I'm not asking anyone for that but I do realize some would want to give.
thanks for asking.
