Sword fish

I'd appreciate recommendations on time and temp for sword fish steaks about 1" thick. I'm thinking 350? Thanks

    I would go hotter and quick. A good hot fire (600-700 maybe) and 2-3 minutes sear per side, and those babies should be done! Swordfish is a very meaty, but lean fish. A little pink in the center is perfect, else you risk drying them out.[p]Enjoy!
