    I was able to maintain 350-400 degrees easily with the new woo2, both stones & a 10" pizza screen. I added lump once during the day to the mini. Not only did I do six 8" pizzas but I also did breakfast pizza and mexican cornbread on the mini in a CI skillet with one pizza stone as a barrier. I also did nutella quesadillas on the mini using the same pizza set up & a 10" pizza screen. Those temps are all you need since it is so close to the lump.

    I am bringing that whole set up to Waldorf so I will be sure to show it to you. It really works like a charm. :P

    Zippy- Glad to provide delivery service, sorry it had to make an extra trip to make it home. That Sparky is very industrious. I have his handles on both of my eggs and love them.
