Reheating wings

I was going to do some wings for a party of about 30 people tommorow, but don't have enough space (medium egg) to do them all at once. I was planning to cook during the day and serve tommorow evening. Anyone have advice on the best way to reheat? Tips on cooking would be apreciated as well. I was going to go indirect so I could do a couple grates at time and do low temp deal 250-275. I usuall do them direct on an elevated grid at 275, so indirect will be a first for me.

Thanks

I have never tried to reheat a bunch of wings as you describe, but heating up a few the second day works just fine in the microwave.

If you have time and room heating them up on a sheet pan, in the oven would work great.

If your heart is set on the maximum for crispy skin (not a big deal for me), you could actually finish them in the oven.

Pull from the grill when just done (say 160) and then reheat in the oven at around 425 to get to around 190.
