I am doing a party for a family gathering for 25/30 people next month. They have all been to many BBQs in my house before and have had turkey, turducken, butterflied lamb, standing rib roast, & roast sirloin.
I am starting to run out of ideas for what to cook this time for that number of people.
At the moment I am thinking drunken chicken, and salmon coated in maple syrup and grain mustard. Any suggestions will be graetly appreciated.
