The Naked Whiz,
I usually marinate mine in a combo of a couple cloves of fresh crushed garlic, soy sauce and lime juice. No exact measurements for me and sometimes add a little worchestire sauce to mellow out the soy....cook at 500-550 flipping every 3-4 minutes until desired doneness...HTH...Page

PG,
Thanks! Do you have a guess how long a 1.5 pound piece of meat would take? Thanks again![p]TNW

The Naked Whiz,
I usually cook to internal temp 125-130°, cooking time varies depending on thickness--I usually give myself 15-20 minutes.
I like to make fajitas with this cut of meat & any leftover makes a great sandwich.[p]
