chad,[p]EagerEgger has a couple - following their instructions, times, temps (keep in mind that grid vs dome temp is different)

chad,[p]I don't know Papa Murphys but I've considered ordering Lou Malnatis and try them on the egg. Lou makes Chicago style pizza and flash freezes it and ships it overnight. I've had them cooked in an oven but not the egg yet. They are all good except I haven't tried the veggie yet. If you're feeling lazy you could also order some Carson's Ribs from them too, they have packs that include both. I've had them before also in an oven, pre egg. I keep some of their bbq sauce on hand at all times. [p]Before I go to all the hassle/expense though I'd like to try one of my local pizzas, have them make one up but not cook it, then go pick it up while the egg is heating up. I don't think I want to try makin gmy own dough though yet.

chad,[p]My very first pizza that I did was a PM...just follow the directions as you would for your oven only pre-heat your stone a little longer 30 min minimum...an hour preferably. Set up as folows:[p]IMG_3172.jpg[p]Don't forget the cornmeal on your pizza stone. If you have to peek...look thru the daisy wheel. Good Luck![p]JD

  • mb168,
We have Malnati's carry-out store about 10 min from home so we have them on the BGE often. Just follow thier directions. Pizza dough isn't too hard to do but the shaping takes practice, try this link and look for dough tools and recipes. I've been making sourdough crusts lately, more work, but worth it.
