edited 3:10AM in EggHead Forum
I am new to the BGe and purchased the cast iron grate. After using the grate what is the best way to clean before using again? Is it OK to use a wire brush or just burn off .....Thank yoy, all!

BGE Beginner,[p] Gently scrape off the big stuff and burn off the small stuff. Coat lightly with vegetable oil or Pam.
  • BGE Beginner,
Make sure you DO NOT use any soap to clean it from what i have heard just my $0.02
