<p />Following your call from last night, it was burgers for lunch today! I ground the point from the packer brisket. The flat is still smoking. I really dig the Kitchenaid grinder attachment for jobs like this. All it took was 30 minutes; start to finish, including clean up. I made five super size burgers sprinkled with DP’s Raising The Steak.. Good Stuff! T

    I was surprised how quick I ground up some fresh beef. I have pork butts on sale this week at the local store. I think I will make me up some sausage as well.
    Whole ribeyes as well. Dang, we are going to have some beef for Texas and Oklahoma.[p]Mike
