<p />Following your call from last night, it was burgers for lunch today! I ground the point from the packer brisket. The flat is still smoking. I really dig the Kitchenaid grinder attachment for jobs like this. All it took was 30 minutes; start to finish, including clean up. I made five super size burgers sprinkled with DP’s Raising The Steak.. Good Stuff! T
