Thanks for the compliment... I was 1/3 way thru eating and said to self "Hey, a Photo..." Wine was acceptable, but not great. [p]But, the Yorkshire pudding was Great ! My 2nd one is in the pix.. yummmm, w the beef fats..[p]

Hey Jason. That was a three way combo. Stubbs Original, an Orange Chipotle, and a Texas Hot and Sassy. The sauces were Christmas gifts from a few years ago. I should have made a note of the brand 'cause they were yumm-ay!

I did it the old fashioned way... bought it frozen from Kroger, set it out to thaw in the morning and stuck it on the Egg in the evening. Tasted good.[p]I may move on up to making bread from scratch one of these days but this was a start.[p]Spring "Breadhead Egghead" Chicken

Yes thats the pot. I looked today and it says 4 5 quart on the shelf tag. I guess that means 4.5 quarts.[p]It is the original hinge and gasket. I got my Large in 1998. I have a new felt gasket I bought in Atlanta last year and a new spring hinge set I bought this year. Didn't get it on before the cold hit. I don't know if I'm going to sit out in 30 degrees to change it. My bottom vent rusted out around 2 years ago so I replaced it with the stainless that I think is standard now. Added to spark screen this year.
