Pork Belly “Ribs” w/Cowboy Candy

Ok…maybe one of the tastiest things I’ve cooked in a while. 

Smoked two belly slabs for about 4 hours, then cut and braised for another hour in the Cowboy Candy (with smoked jalapeño slices), and these “ribs” (really just fat slices) were freakin’ amazing!

WARNING ⛔️- If you’re on a diet, just skip this recipe immediately!! 😉
