Firebox Issue Revisited

I just filed a claim for my 6th firebox in 12 years of XL Egg ownership.  In July 2025, when I installed my 5th, I asked the company if they had any resolution and I received a reply only that their engineers were aware of a micro-fissure issue.  At that time, I noticed my fire grate sagged so, thinking that might be causing outward pressure on the ceramic, I replaced it.  Six months later, both the firebox and the grate have cracked.  I don't do a lot of high temperature cooks (like pizza), generally low and slow.  Thankfully, BGE has always support me as a client but I cannot see how they can keep that level of customer satisfaction at this rate. Has anyone else had similar issues or I am the lucky one?
