I used Rockwood with a pecan smoke:
Drank a bottle of one of the best Napa Valley, Howell Mountain has to offer.

A fine steak with a glass of Cabernet-Sauvigon. Looks great!
Did I mention how much I love peeking at your (mostly) North American kitchens and gardens? Love them!

We remodeled our small kitchen about 10 years ago due to the purchase of the BGE, if you can believe that. I needed more storage space and surface area to accommodate all the cooks I had been doing.

Now we are in the midst of deciding where to live next, and I guarantee the kitchen will be the largest room in the house. I am taking my eggs.

BTW, MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE and I love Italy. We were there when Covid broke out. Actually just before we went north to Venice. Such beautiful country, we want to return and explore the Dolomites.

Thank you. My Beautiful Wife and I decided to celebrate a little bit. She had a partial knee replacement, her second, now she has a matched set, she is way ahead of where she was with her first one. Less than 3 weeks and she is walking, almost entirely without a cane.

We decided to start drinking the wine we have collected the last 15 or so years. We have much to go through, with less ahead of us than we have behind us.

No suprise in hearing that Egging resulted in a collapse in storage space availability!
When travelling to the US I'm always fashinated by the huge dimensions of all kitcjen appliances. Try to fit a gallon bottle in an average italian fridge or a full turkey in an oven!
Glad to hear you are among the many who love our beautiful country. The dolomites are gorgeous if you avoid the busiest time of the year (August!)
