Guts were smoked cream cheese dusted with ghost pepper rub and chopped brisket. Twinkie dusted with Jamaican Firewalk from Dizzy Pig. Around 75 minutes at 300 *F on SBGE.
For flyover country these were healthy peppers.

I had a few of these leftover somehow from yesterday’s party. I am going to chop them up and add them to scrambled eggs to make some breakfast tacos. Thankfully we have some leftover salsa from last night as well!
