Tomahawk Father’s Day surf n turf

Options
Went to bed last night feeling might full and mighty blessed. Wife and kids loved on me and made my favorite dessert. 

Like any real man, I grilled my Father’s Day steak. No way I’d go out to eat. 

Smoked a tomahawk until 115, then seared the snot out of it. Rested with a garlic butter. 

It was fabulous  =) did 2 pounds of butter shrimp in a cast iron skillet. 

One of the girls had fun making a cooking video of me “and guys, this is how the professional grills a perfect steak. Guess I got click happy, those crawfish were my lunch.
