Not sure if all of them have them, but I was able to score a really nice and rather large Prime Tri-tip for $10/lb. for all of you fine folks who are lucky enough to have an HEB close to you.

    I wish we had an HEB, but we do always have Tri-tip. One of my favorite cooks.
