I really don’t cook enough fish on the Egg

Lunch amberjack & grouper cheeks. When in Florida it is fresh.
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    BTW is that an 18" Blackstone? I need to get another one as somehow in spite of having mine covered and even stored on my screened porch it got horribly rusted and pockmarked and I just pitched it. My next one will be stored in the garage along with the 7 big propane canisters that I bot for some reason!
    Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

    It’s a 17. Just like the one in Texas but it has a lid. Love those things. Single burner.

    thats nice that you can buy just the cheeks like that. never seen that up here unless you catch your own or buy a whole salmon head. its a treat
