Many here are quite dialed into ABT's and some may have heard of Texas Twinkies.
The source: https://shop.hutchinsbbq.com/
And the big cheerleader: Meat Church aka Matt Pittman video here : https://www.google.com/search?q=matt+pittman+texas+twinkies&oq=matt+pittman+texas+twinkies&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOdIBCDk5NDVqMGoxqAIAsAIA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:94fc5d04,vid:S52hv2vwSuk,st:0

I have been playing around with these for a bit and in the interest of promoting stand-alone cooks for more forum engagement  here you go-remember the photo source (weak):
Some changes from any info above:
T-slice then into a toaster oven for around 40-45 minutes at around 275-300*F.
Cool then clean out.  You can now load with anything you like.  For the below I used smoked cream cheese and some chopped beef.
Bacon wrap and on the BGE indirect at 275-290*F for about 2.5 hours or til the bacon is where you want it.  I'm guessing the big difference in air flow between a stick burner and the BGE contributes to the longer BGE cook time.
Then have at it.  BTW-a meal themselves especially when SWMBO is not interested.
On the LBGE-

And the $$ shot such as it is-

Labour (nod) intensive but a great change up.
Edit to clean up the link-

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
