My Beautiful Wife constructed this beauty. 

Her home made sandwich rolls, with 1:1 mix of wagyu ground beef and ground sausage, pimento cheese, Duke’s, yellow mustard, tomatoes and dill pickles. 

Excellent. I am a lucky man.

We did, we had some leftovers we froze, just to check it out, because we freeze many meals for camping, back packing, etc., and popped them out to test. I think they were actually better. 

Will be doing these again.

Suzy’s rolls. Her baking game has gone up a couple of tiers lately. She has a great recipe for Dali Lama Bread (a bread loaf with everything bagel seasoning mixed in) which is absolutely the best loaf bread I have EVER had.  I would love to never have to buy bread again. We are getting there.

We have been getting into trying to find food we can cook and enjoy, but also save some, frozen, for camping, backpacking, travel, etc. 

I will recommend a Sauv Blanc of decent quality to wash this down. We paired with a Sequoia Grove Sauv Blanc: delicious.
