My Beautiful Wife constructed this beauty. Her home made sandwich rolls, with 1:1 mix of wagyu ground beef and ground sausage, pimento cheese, Duke’s, yellow mustard, tomatoes and dill pickles.
Excellent. I am a lucky man.

We did, we had some leftovers we froze, just to check it out, because we freeze many meals for camping, back packing, etc., and popped them out to test. I think they were actually better.alaskanassasin said:I hope she made more than one! Will be doing these again."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Suzy’s rolls. Her baking game has gone up a couple of tiers lately. She has a great recipe for Dali Lama Bread (a bread loaf with everything bagel seasoning mixed in) which is absolutely the best loaf bread I have EVER had. I would love to never have to buy bread again. We are getting there.Dyal_SC said:Homemade sandwich rolls you say? Looks terrific"Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

We have been getting into trying to find food we can cook and enjoy, but also save some, frozen, for camping, backpacking, travel, etc.Florida Grillin Girl said:Sorry I missed this, but that sandwich is epic.
I will recommend a Sauv Blanc of decent quality to wash this down. We paired with a Sequoia Grove Sauv Blanc: delicious."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Not every hero wears a cape my friend, not saying it should not be done, or could not, for that matter. I am just saying it is nice to know there is another out there just like me.bluebird66 said:I could eat two!Keeping your cape here if you need it.Thank you for the kind words."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
