WOW - talk about a flashback!!!  I recognized so many of those rascals and the sweet ladies. I knew many of their names - many which escapes me right now - but their smiling faces I'll never forget.

    Thanks Mickey!

PS - I do miss Leroy...we communicated daily right up to the day before he passed

Leroy’s enthusiasm was always contagious. Love his videos and his spirit of living life. He was always working/experimenting with something interesting. And normally making a video about it.
    Thank you,

Leroy's video were always fun. I think our first Salado Eggfest was 2014. My MIL was pi$$ed that we were taking 3mo caliprince to an event with so many people. caliqueen insisted that caliprince had to get all his shots before we went (she must have heard about eggheads). Got pulled over by some racist MF'er cop in Cameron, TX en route.

It was our first foray into the egghead world. The egghead grandmas wouldn't put caliprince down... he was snuggled, and cuddled all day! So many lasting friendships were formed that weekend, and at other eggfests we cooked at after it. So glad we've been a part of it.
That was 2013.  It was also my first.  These videos bring back some good memories of an event where long friendships were started.
