I think that you would be hard pressed to find anyone toked up who killed anything but a bag of Fritos. Not all drugs are the same. I knew a guy who was prescribed Fentanyl and he never turned in any of his extensive collection . I drove him to gun shows a couple of times. Anti depression and anti anxiety drugs are a whole different situation.

I’ve never touched weed but know plenty that have. I’d be willing to say drinking does more damage by far yet the background checks ask nothing about alcohol. With weed becoming legal in so many places, they may need to make changes to the background checks.

Make marijuana legal at the federal level and this all goes away.

It will happen eventually, the only question is when.
