It’s that time of year! πŸŽ…πŸ» I roasted some chestnuts the other day and will be doing a bunch later today for our Amesbury Police Dept. as they do their annual Santa Ride around town.Β

Score the chestnuts with an β€œX” then soak in warm water for 30 min or so. Then I toss them in a melted butter and maple syrup mixture before throwing them on the Egg at 400Β° direct for about 30 min while tossing frequently.Β
