Overnight Brisket

Haven’t really smoked anything worthwhile in a coupla months. Posted a few of these pics on the WRUDN thread.
Brother came to visit, and I had already planned to do a brisket, so it was good timing.
Dyal’ed *nod* the egg in at 225 deg f at midnight last night. Woke up this morning, and she was eggactly *nod* where she was when I tucked her in.
Waited awhile after taking this pic to get a good bark before wrapping it up. Then cranked it up a bit to finish.
Gave my bro the first bites of the flat:
Then cubed the point and made it all into burnt ends:
Not the best quality brisket, but also not bad for a Costco choice:
Will likely do another for Christmas. Burnt ends are hard to beat.

Looking great. No doubt that the Dyal crew ate well!

I would inhale that. Bonus for the ring as well.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@Dyal_SC - All looks just great! And naturally aspirated overnight cooks are so rewarding when you check first thing in the morning, might be my favorite part of Egging.
