I have had my large Egg for ten or eleven years. My firebox is broken in several places, so far it has been staying in place, but just barely. I was going to see if they would entertain a warranty claim, but the site asks for information I don't have. The dealer where I bought it is no longer in business. I don't remember if when I bought it, the store was going to register the warranty for me, or if I was going to do it, so I don't know if it was registered. I also can't find my purchase paperwork, which is odd for me as I have paperwork and warranty info for things I haven't had for years. I do have the "Big Green Lifestyle" book that I got when I bought it, but that's all. I have sent two emails to BGE about my situation, but other than the auto reply that says they received my email, I haven't gotten any replies. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Does anyone have an idea what I can do next?
Thanks, Duuane

Update-Because I didn't have any of the purchase paperwork for my BGE, I emailed customer service to find out if my egg was registered so I could submit a warranty claim. I didn't get a reply to those emails. After my post here, and a reply from HannahGreenEgg, I went directly to the warranty claim form and entered what I had. As it turns out my egg was registered. BGE honored my claim for an egg that is more than ten years old. After a reasonable fee for shipping was paid, they sent me a new fire box. After a few days delay because of bad weather in my area, it was delivered yesterday.
Thank you to BGE for honoring my claimFranklinville, Western NY -
This is good to hear, the old warranty process was horrible if you didn't have good dealer support near you.
