Customer Support ???

I have had my large Egg for ten or eleven years. My firebox is broken in several places, so far it has been staying in place, but just barely. I was going to see if they would entertain a warranty claim, but the site asks for information I don't have. The dealer where I bought it is no longer in business. I don't remember if when I bought it, the store was going to register the warranty for me, or if I was going to do it, so I don't know if it was registered. I also can't find my purchase paperwork, which is odd for me as I have paperwork and warranty info for things I haven't had for years. I do have the "Big Green Lifestyle" book that I got when I bought it, but that's all. I have sent two emails to BGE about my situation, but other than the auto reply that says they received my email, I haven't gotten any replies. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Does anyone have an idea what I can do next?

Thanks, Duuane

they had a registration process that ended a few months ago for the older members not registered and i believe theres a way to check your prior registration in this thread with the email that you may have registered it thru.  other than that it doesnt hurt to grovel

This is good to hear, the old warranty process was horrible if you didn't have good dealer support near you.
