    Admittedly a left leaning publication, but seems like a sugar rush then inevitable slump;

    Does it matter to Trump if he leaves the country broke in 4 years?

    Gonna be quite a ride.  Hopefully there will be an adult or two in the room but that may be wishful thinking on my part.
    Happy Friday!

    @dbCooper - George Will can really pull it together.  I caught a piece of an interview with him where he said that this is the worst Presidential election choice in history.  Gonna be quite a ride.
    I'll just use this opportunity to remind people that George Will does not believe in climate change.
    @JohnInCarolina - I regularly read his column as I find it beneficial to take in viewpoints contrary to mine.  He fills that role a majority of the time.  As regards climate change, I believe it's inaccurate to label him a denier.  My recollections are that Will is skeptical about declaring climate change a existential threat.

    You may have read something more recent from him than I have, but the last time I checked he was doubting the science.

    The article above on the two candidates is painful to read.  Will knows that Harris is not the same as Trump, and that the threats he poses to democracy were simply not there for Harris.  But the article essentially casts them as equally bad.  This is a massive cop out.
