ibe seen this a few times at my local Costco. I've never heard of Chuck Shoulder. Anyone know much about it?

SPG , cook to 170-180 and wrap or go naked all the way to probe tender let rest slice or pull … I’d probably do that@ 250 ish or wherever your pit likes to settle in
