Country Style “Party Ribs”

My local BJ’s had some bone-in country style pork ribs, so I thought I’d give them the “party rib” treatment!

I hit these with some BGE Pork seasoning and on the XL indirect for about 90 minutes or around 165°, then I put in a pan with brown sugar, butter, agave, Mike's Hot Honey and Fire & Smoke BBQ Company Old Town BBQ sauce, then back in the Egg until they were probe tender.

WOW! Tender and tasty. These had so much meat on them they were almost like a pork chop!
