St. Louis Style Ribs

I’m a spare over baby backs guy. Kroger had these on sale recently and I stocked up. Cut these into STL style and had some fresh garden green beans and potatoes with them. Delicious. I failed to get the money shot.

    Ah, spare ribs all the way! You can't go wrong with a good sale on baby backs, and cutting them into STL style is the perfect way to get that tender, fall-off-the-bone goodness.

    Great meal there and very interesting to see the cut. Also looking at those clean cuts I'm realising I definetely need to get a decent knife
