New Thermoworks temp prob

I haven’t posted in a while - hope all of you are well.  Has anyone researched or have thoughts on this new thermoworks product?  I have thought of purchasing a meater in the past, but haven’t pulled the trigger.   I use a rotisserie on my Hastybake, and this would be useful to track temp without opening the cooker and stopping the rotisserie to prob.

First I've heard of it.  This statement:
Safe in the dishwasher, deep fryer, and sous vide

... has me really intrigued.  Since it's a pre-order I won't be considering it until it's out and some reviews are published.

Interesting, but I’m not paying $350 for the 4 probe model when I’ve already got the 4 channel signals and billows

Coming from Thermoworks, I'm sure it's a quality product. Very interested.

It doesn't look like anything that the Meater+ can't do with the possible exception of using it in a deep fat fryer. And they have the Meater 2 Plus that can do that. It will probably be a quality product, just that there's already products out there that do this.

I got their texts about it but they didn’t include photos.  Since I already have a Tappecue 3 and MEATER+ (which I resuscitated) I  didn’t delve deeper.

    I’m sure it’s quality

First EweTube review is in (a site I wasn't aware of, The Barbeque Lab).  I was kinda amazed that the probe communicated through a covered cast-iron DO (!) but he did NOT test it in a deep-fryer (I requested he do so).

If I get one, I doubt I would ever use it in a deep fryer - I don’t deep fry very often.

I believe the Meater 2 plus does both

I purchased the single probe kit and used it in our Thanksgiving turkey. I worked great! Seems to be build like all other Thermoworks products
