Original Chiminea or New One?

Found a good deal on a used original BGE chiminea. Saw the new ones are coming out. Thoughts on which to get if you had to choose one (both is the correct answer but sadly that’s not likely)?

Also, anything specific to look for on the used one before buying?

    I would choose original one.
I would choose a new one if the warranty wasn’t only for 1 year, but since both are basically without a warranty I prefer the aesthetics of the original one.

I echo Ozzie. Not really the price of admission for only a 1 year warranty in my opinion.

Better to be lucky than good right there.  However, the expected payback will likely be substantial.   =)

Just a clarification…there is a 2 year limited warranty on manufacturer defects for ceramics and 1 year limited warranty on manufacturer defects for metal components.
