I have tried the Mississippi Grind rub the last couple times I cooked ribs and I’m really liking the flavor it presents. It is a course grind, which I really like, and it holds to the protein. Just a short note of recommendation.

I've heard great things about Mississippi Grind rub, and it's awesome to hear it's working well for you. The coarse grind can definitely make a big difference in terms of texture and flavor.Captnrontx said:I have tried the Mississippi Grind rub the last couple times I cooked ribs and I’m really liking the flavor it presents.
