Fried Chicken

I made fried chicken last night and didn’t get any pics. This is a pic of my left over chicken for lunch today. 

I did all thighs seasoned with salt, pepper, and Heath Riles garlic and jalapeño rub. Dusted in a light coat of flour, egg wash and then a panko breading.  I fried them in a Dutch oven with vegetable oil that came up about halfway to the thighs. After about 4-5 min they were ready for a flip to get golden on the other side. A few were really thick and I needed to finish them in the oven to get fully cooked. The fam really enjoyed it. 

Hopefully the weather will improve here soon as I have some dino ribs in the freezer they I want to egg.
