Reheating Brisket
I am smoking a Brisket for my son’s Baptism next Sunday, and I am smoking a brisket on Saturday for it. What is the best way to reheat the brisket?

Do you have a sous vide machine? Many of us love it for reheating meat, because there’s no moisture loss.If you don’t have one, this would be a great excuse.

I do, do you reheat it whole or sliced?

By way of example, I reheated pulled pork tonight. 160F for 90 mins or so. Excellent results.

If your cooking it Saturday and the Baptism is Sunday , I would just give it an extended rest , no need to cool and reheatVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

We let ours rest and cool several hours, then in the fridge overnight. Slice it cold so to get thin slices, then covered in the oven, probably 250’ 90 min. The fam always raves
