Cherry smoked duck legs in the MMX

Duck legs tonight in the MMX. First I seared them direct in a cast iron pan then smoked indirect:






Served with mushrooms broccoli and chips:

Forgot to mention, I fried the mushrooms in butter and Red Eye express. That rub and mushrooms are a match made in heaven.-----------------------------------------------------------------------
