OT - 2024 Chinese New Year

Gathered the clan to celebrate, my better half did all the work :blush: except for one dish.
Shrimp crackers

Chicken, seafood and tofu soup made with IP bone broth

Pepper shrimps with sprinkle of smoked sea salt

Vietnames spring rolls, dipping sauce made with Red Boat (not former forum favourite Five Crabs) elevated it

Vegetable medley

Ribs with shitake mushroom and dehydrated tofu skin, braised in home brewed glutinous rice wine

Steamed steelhead trout fillet

Asian wings

Pork belly cured in biltong box

steamed in rice cooker, quite decent for my first attempt

Black sesame rice balls, in ginger and sugar syrup
