How long, what temp. Just to get an idea for my time line if do some.

Very very nice cook. I love beef ribs and have yet to meet a beef or pork rib that has been really disappointing.

It was about 6 hours at 275. I saw Arron Franklin puts hot sauce on them as a binder, and then salt and pepper. I did the same thing only used some sort of rub that was in the pantry. I use an egg genius so the temp is pretty consistent. I did not really do much more than that. Cooked until meat was soft like butter. Temp was 203. Then I wrapped for 2 hours waiting for dinner time. Toughest part of the cook was finding a full plate connected, and then not eating them right when they came off the grill.Tspud1 said:How long, what temp.
