Sometimes, You Just Nail It!

Of course, to your own personal taste..

Instead of Kroger, I bought the spare ribs from Central Market.

Just under 250 (according to the thermometer) for about 3 hours spraying with apple cider vinegar and water every so often.  Added brown sugar and honey, wrapped in foil for 45" per side.

Rested, sliced.

For me, it was the best I have made in a long time, and it was for my college daughter, home for Christmas, and she loved it.
