Last night when my pork butt finished resting around 2am I decided to leave it wrapped up in foil and placed in the fridge without shredding it. My question is should I warm it up before shredding today?

Thanks. I was afraid if I shredded at 2am it would dry out before I could vaccinate seal.

As a follow up, I took the advice given and warmed in oven at 250 for 30 minutes and it was perfect.
