    Jim I hate that you wasted your time with customer no-service. The only reason I recommended that route was due to my favorable experience with them. My troubleshooting was done over the phone and took about 10-15 minutes before they decided to send me another. I did have to send the old one back. I hope you have better luck with something different. Likely couldn’t be any worse.

    No worries at all man.   Stuff happens.    With all the other good reviews I figured it may have gone differently but no biggie-my future $ will go elsewhere.  

    It is what it is but I look forward to the upcoming cooking season!
